"Generative AI Center" established by Nippon COMSYS — Improving productivity through DX promotion

In addition to AI for personal use, as part of efforts to advance AI implementation in internal systems, the company began introducing "Inquiry AI" from December 2024, utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve the efficiency of internal business inquiries.

This implementation has not only enabled rapid responses to employee inquiries about internal systems but has also reduced the number of inquiries handled by the support desk by approximately 20%, contributing to improved operational efficiency.

Now, the company has established the "Generative AI Center" to support AI implementation in onsite operations and accumulate expertise in its utilization. Initially, this center will work with business supervisors to advance responses related to RAG creation and utilization.
